Going on with Capitalization: Immature business models, insuffiscient capitalization and unrealistic expectations about valuations are other threats that weigh heavily on new companies, particularly because most of them are set-up rather early...

Last but not least: Selling its products or services requires from an innovative company, not only to understand the target market - including healthcare and reimbursements systems for a product, but to have a special and early focus on sales...
